About the Steam and Sauna Construction
This project is a complete home wellness setup for a residence in Gujranwala City. We handled it end to end: planning, building both rooms, installing the Harvia heating equipment, and fitting the filtration system, so the client dealt with one team from the first visit to handover.

Steam Room and Sauna: What’s the Difference?
Many people use the terms together, but they are different experiences:

How We Built It, Stage by Stage
1. Planning and Site Assessment
We visited the site, discussed how the family would use the rooms, and decided on the layout and location. Good planning matters here because heat, moisture and electricity are all involved.
2. Room Preparation, Insulation and Waterproofing
A sauna and a steam room each need a properly prepared room. We prepared the space with correct insulation and moisture protection, since heat and humidity can damage a room that isn’t built for them.
3. Sauna Room Construction
The sauna room was built with suitable sauna materials and interior finishing. The aim is a comfortable, safe room that holds its heat and lasts for years.
4. Steam Room Construction
The steam room was built to handle constant humidity, with proper sealing and finishing so moisture stays where it should.
5. Harvia Heaters and Equipment Installation

6. Filtration System for Steam Water
We also installed a filtration system for the water that feeds the steam bath. Water quality matters in steam equipment, because minerals in untreated water can build up over time. Filtering the steam water helps protect the equipment and supports its working life.
7. Testing and Handover
Finally, we tested both rooms and all the equipment, checked the controls, and showed the client how to use and look after the system.
